Hardware Engineer
Schematic, PCB, and sensing-module hardware for TOF / LiDAR / control platforms.
Design and validate hardware that hosts our 3D sensing and control systems — from module boards to platform interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Schematic / PCB design for sensing modules, carrier boards, and interface electronics
- Component selection, SI / PI considerations, and DFM for small-batch to volume runs
- Bring-up, debug, and environmental / EMC-oriented testing with FAE / system teams
- Collaborate on camera / LiDAR / TOF mounting, power, and signal integrity
- Maintain BOMs, revision control, and production test fixtures with suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or above in EE, electronics, or related; 3+ years hardware design preferred
- Proficient with Altium / Cadence or equivalent; strong analog / digital fundamentals
- Experience with high-speed interfaces (MIPI, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, etc. as applicable)
- Hands-on lab skills: oscilloscope, logic analyzer, soldering / rework
- Clear documentation; ability to work with firmware and mechanical partners
Nice to have
- Optics / optoelectronics or LiDAR / TOF module experience
- EMC certification project experience
- Consumer robotics or industrial electronics mass production
