AI Vision Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and ship vision algorithms for detection, segmentation, tracking, and pose / state estimation
- Train, evaluate, and deploy models on edge / embedded platforms with latency and robustness constraints
- Fuse vision with depth / LiDAR when needed; collaborate with SLAM and control teams
- Build data pipelines, labeling guidelines, and offline / online evaluation metrics
- Hardening for real scenes: lighting change, occlusion, motion blur, and domain shift
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or above in CS, EE, robotics, or related field; 2+ years vision / DL experience preferred
- Solid Python / C++; hands-on with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong foundation in classical CV and deep learning; OpenCV experience
- Ability to profile, quantize, or optimize models for edge deployment
- Clear communication; comfort working across algorithm, embedded, and product teams
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-object tracking, 3D vision, or industrial / outdoor vision
- TensorRT / ONNX / NCNN or similar deployment stacks
- Background from robot vacuum, AGV, or mobile-robot products
